Facilitator Session Request Form

Facilitator Session Request Form

If you would like to be a facilitator for Feel Alive and Thrive, this is the general outline for the sessions if we have 2 speakers: • 1 minute host welcome introducing speakers and topics and mentioning those for next time (starting on the dot at 12:30 pm MT) • 5 minute dyad check ins – main room for people who are new or have questions about the offering; breakouts for others • 15 minute facilitation (maximum, if we have two speakers) • 5 minute feedback reflection (silent reflection with feedback form ) • 15 minute facilitation • 5 minute feedback reflection (silent reflection with feedback form) • 14 minute closing round with verbal feedback
When offering your session, you can invite the audience to be a specific group, such as those new to NVC, a business group, or something else. You can invite the audience to offer the feedback from this perspective. Your actual audience will likely include CNVC candidates and may include members of the public with little experience.
Rather than a lecture or presentation, which suggests largely one-way communication, the intention of Feel Alive & Thrive is to create an active learning environment where participants are engaged in practice. What are your plans for engaging the audience in practice?
How would you authentically describe your session and it’s purpose? (May be used in telling others about your session)
Sessions are not shared on social media; rather, these are shared with a cloud recording link. Sessions are generally removed within 2 weeks of posting. Those with the links can technically download these.
Please ask those who do not wish to be recorded to turn off their cameras and to mute themselves. Note: breakout spaces are not recorded.
Please offer any additional information you would like about the technology support you hope to receive. We will have a zoom host to support you and the overall session flow.
Our hope is to build a vibrant community where we practice and play together. We can all help to build this community. What would you enjoy seeing and how would you enjoy contributing to its formation?
